You will have access to the entire place., including: - 1 Queen bed, 1 Bunk bed (Full and Twin). 1 sofa beds - 1 Full Bathrooms - 1 full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven microwave oven, sink, coffee machine, etc.; and - 1 cozy dining/living room. This unit includes one on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away. The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking. The unit is 0.3 miles from Hollywood Broadwalk (around 5 blocks). Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building including this unit, in common areas such as the laundry and the pool area, and areas surrounding the building such as the parking area.

Any person under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult in your party at all times. No life guards are provided. Please note that we may opt to limit guests (reserving and/or staying) to be al least 25 years old. Before you book the unit, please contact the host to confirm whether this rule is being enforced during the period of your stay (e.g., especially during Spring Break). If the unit is instantly booked in violation of this rule, such as during Spring Break, your reservation may be cancelled without prior notice. Further, violation of the rules or the terms of the rental (such as not observing quiet times, making unreasonable noise, playing loud music, having a party in the any portion of the premises or surrounding areas, smoking, grilling, entering the pool area after the pool is closed, destruction of property, etc.), will result in immediate cancellation of your stay. We closely monitor the premises and suggest exercising reasonableness and common sense. In other words, if you plan to make parties, play loud music, make unreasonable noise, smoke, start fires, form large gatherings, disturb other guests or neighbors, or otherwise violate any of our rules, we suggest booking with another host to avoid cancellation of your stay. That said, if you exercise reasonableness and observe the rules, we'd love to host you.
